Architect / Architectural Technologist

Provide architectural design, building planning and development advisory services for commercial, industrial and residential projects. Support clients with municipal approvals, building plans, retail layouts, commercial developments and technical project documentation.

Key responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings and building plans.

Design commercial, retail and industrial developments.

Conduct site inspections.

Prepare concept layouts and feasibility designs.

Assist with municipal building plan submissions.

Coordinate with engineers and town planners.
